Well, after tonight, Summer could finally stop stressing out about Annie's Bachelorette Party and start stressing out about the Wedding Proper (although, really, this was Annie they were talking about, clearly things were taken care of and covered, but Summer felt it was her duty, as maid of honor, to flail at least a little bit extra, just in case). So that was nice! And in clear defiance of any accusations of dick-themed shenanigans or planets covered in nothing but either jello or boobs, she had a seriously Classy As Fuck evening planned for everyone, because Annie was a Classy Ass Lady and this was all about her, anyway.

Besides, Summer Smith, contrary to popular belief, did know how to read a room. Sometimes.

Which was why this particular party was not being kicked off in a strip club or night club or even just a bar....but at a quaint farm/apple orchard just north of Baltimore.

There was a slight pause, because Summer didn't really know Kimiko that well yet, therefore she had no idea where she was tolerance-wise and she would have felt bad about being a bad influence on Annie's friend, but on the other (so much stronger) hand, it was a party.

Kimiko gave her a firm, confident thumbs up before deciding she had to have the Diego shot, since it was really cute that Summer had even represented the groom.

Summer would insist until her dying day that the holding back of one's hair while they puked their guts out was an important rite of passage in any sort of bond, anyway.

Kimiko giggled (more of a little huff than an audible laugh, but all the same) before typing back a careful answer.

Kimiko had recently killed a half-dozen Russian gangsters for her beloved, so she got it. But she'd also had to stand guard for them outside the bathroom after the hand incident, so she knew how that had gone over, too.

Summer's eyes immediately flicked up from her phone toward Annie, part wondering if she had mentioned that and it just got lost in the shuffle and part aghast at the idea that Annie wouldn't have told her. She liked to think she'd remember something like that, but she also knew there had been a loooooot going on over the summer, it was easy to miss something!

Then she snorted a little and typed her her response.

Look, her first marriage fell apart because her ex just wasn't the bloodthirsty monster he was when she met him, and she thought it was super romantic that Barry had ASKED before giving her a tracking chip. She, too, got it.
