She was on the other side of the bed, looking under it, and then looked her head back up to look at her from the other side, "chill. I just wanted to look under the bed. They say animals will try to find a safe hidden spot to die if they know they're about to bite the dust, and that seemed the most logical place. No doggie corpse, though, so I think we're good. Unless you can think of anywhere else."
